Horror games are a great medium for telling stories thanks to a slower pace and the suspense which makes you more invested in the game's world. So let me know if you have any ideas! Thanks! I've heard about Amnesia but I'm worried it will be too scary for me. So any suggestions for games with a similar style of horror that I can get lost in? Mostly interested in atmospheric horror, not much of the jumping out in your face scares. And it has actually opened my mind up to horror games.
It was actually pretty fun getting my blood pumping in the more intense sections. It definitely got scary for me a few times, but I pushed thought the fear and it was worth it every single time. The story, the environments, the ambience, the way it makes you question your identity and was just sublime. It's one of the best games I've played in the last few years. And I was so suprised by how much I loved it. But my sister convinced to give SOMA a try and it was on sale so I said what the hell. Guys.I just finished SOMA and it was PHENOMENAL!!! I've never liked the horror genre AT ALL, not in movies, games, anything.
